Here are some ways to break through the dissonance:
1. Acknowledge and Identify the Dissonance
The first step in breaking through dissonance is awareness. Acknowledge that you are feeling out of alignment. Identify the specific thoughts, beliefs, or emotions that are creating the gap between your current situation and your desired manifestation.
Ask yourself:
- What do I believe about this situation?
- What emotions arise when I think about my desire?
- Are these thoughts or feelings supporting my manifestation or creating resistance?
By identifying these limiting beliefs or feelings, you can bring them to the surface for healing.
2. Shift Your Energy Through Reframing
Once you’ve identified the source of dissonance, it’s time to reframe it. Shifting your energy doesn’t mean ignoring your feelings, but rather consciously choosing new, empowering thoughts that are more aligned with your desires.
For example:
- Instead of thinking, "I’ll never have enough money," shift to, "I am learning to attract more money every day."
Reframing your thoughts and beliefs will help close the vibrational gap, aligning your energy with your desire.
3. Practice Emotional Mastery
Manifesting isn’t just about thinking positively; it’s about feeling aligned with your desires. Take time each day to check in with your emotions and consciously choose feelings that support your manifestation goals.
Writing what you want your reality to be can be helpful with this. Write down that you are happy and grateful for whatever the goal is like you already have it and grateful for it. Really focus on that feeling of already having it.
The energy behind everything is the most important part so feel that energy of what you want and be careful of any feelings that are opposite of it. No one wants to stay in the uncomfortable dissonance place any longer than needed.
As I mentioned before If you’re manifesting abundance, practice feeling grateful for what you already have. Gratitude is a powerful way to shift your emotional state.
By aligning your emotions with the feeling of already having your desire, you shift from dissonance to resonance with your manifestation.
4. Release Control and Surrender
Dissonance often comes from trying to control how and when your manifestation will unfold. This need for control creates tension and blocks the flow of abundance. Learn to surrender and trust that the Universe is working on your behalf.
Practice letting go by affirming:
- “I trust that everything is unfolding in perfect timing.”
- “I release the need to control the outcome and allow abundance to flow.”
The more you let go of the need to force your manifestation, the more easily it will come to you. In fact, a lot of times the dissonance comes through in that uncomfortable want to explode feeling and can make people sort of decide to just give up but that giving up is the surrender they needed and then they reach their goal right then.
5. Bridge the Gap with Inspired Action
One of the best ways to break through dissonance is by taking inspired action. When you’re feeling out of alignment, action helps bridge the vibrational gap between where you are and where you want to be. This doesn’t mean taking action out of fear or desperation, but following your intuitive guidance and taking steps that feel aligned with your desires.
For example:
- You might take a small step toward creating new income streams. Or something new towards your goal.
Inspired action helps shift your energy from stuck to proactive, realigning you with your manifestation.
6. Trust the Process
Manifesting requires patience and trust. Dissonance often arises when we doubt that our desires will manifest or become impatient with the timing. Trust is the antidote to this.
Affirmations such as “Everything is working out for my highest good” or “The Universe is always conspiring to bring me exactly what I need” can help you maintain trust and stay in alignment, even when you face temporary dissonance.
Know deep down that it is always “this or something better”. Think about your past when something didn't happen how you wanted it to but you were so thankful because something even better happened.
For instance someone you dated in the past that you wanted to be with forever but you look back now so thankful that wasn't the case.
Creating that deep belief that if it doesn't happen that way it's because something even better will and let that excite you to find out what that will be. It may take time to see why but you will always be able to look back and see why it was better that it didn't happen in that timing or in that way.
Using Dissonance to Your Advantage:
While dissonance may feel uncomfortable, it’s actually a powerful tool for personal growth. It shows you where you still have work to do on your beliefs, emotions, or actions. Rather than seeing dissonance as a setback, view it as an opportunity to refine your alignment and step even closer to your desires.
When you feel dissonance, celebrate it! It means that you’re evolving, and the discomfort is simply part of the process of expanding into the version of yourself that is fully aligned with abundance.
Dissonance is a natural part of the manifestation journey. It’s not a sign that you’re failing; rather, it’s an invitation to grow, align, and refine your energy. It shows you have made physical action towards your goal. By acknowledging and breaking through dissonance, you can come into full alignment with your desires and manifest them with greater ease.
