Then listen to the audio at least once on 3 different days. You may listen to it more if it feels right. Your guide must lower themselves and their vibration to reach you so doing your best to raise your vibration helps to bridge that gap and make communication easier. Be mindful of your emotional, mental, and physical space.

Be mindful of any toxins and negativity. Be mindful of sticking to healthy boundaries. Focus on good nutrition as much as possible. Be sure to drink plenty of water and have your minerals, especially magnesium. Just take the recommended amount for now. Later you can ask your guide to get the best amount for you.

Clean up anything you can, and get rid of/donate anything you don't need. Even empty your email box of what you don't need. Unsubscribe to emails you no longer need. All with the intention of making more room for what is important with nothing getting in the way. See if you can take care of any thing that's unfinished, tying up any loose ends. Be open and notice anything your guide points out that may need some attention. It will be subtle so pay attention. Look deeper at anything that pops up.

Watch any negative self-talk and have trust and confidence but don't go the other direction and get cocky. A nice middle ground with this one. This week you are cleaning out and filling in any holes in the foundation so we can start building! Be gentle and kind to yourself and know this is a journey, you don't have to accomplish it all at once. Go at your own pace. 💜
