Week 7 notes:
Be mindful to respect permissions and remember this is mostly for you to use for you with some
exceptions:
● Minor children or older children still living with you under your care
● Spouse/live in partner (preferably asking questions that would apply to you)
● Pets
● If you are taking care of a parent or someone that's ill or under your care
If you aren't sure if you have permission or not just ask your guide "Do I have permission to ask
about (what) for (person)?"
It's important to note if you try to ask about something you don't have permission for they will
either give you a weird/wrong answer or a not so fun lesson could be thrown at you so just keep
that in mind.
Remember a no or yes answer could change over time so you can always check back and just
be clear when you ask about the timing. For example:
"Is this in my highest and best right now?"
And when you get an answer you don't like or want, trust and know that your guide sees more
and way further in the future than you do. Always remember they have your highest and best
interests at heart and could either be saving you from trouble you aren't aware of or in the
process of setting you up for even better in the future.
Practice using numbers. For instance:
"Is it in my highest and best to take 2 pills of this specific supplement right now?"
"Is it in my highest and best to take more than 2 pills of this specific supplement right now?"
"Is it in my highest and best to take less than 2 pills of this specific supplement right now?"
"Is it in my highest and best to eat more of this? Less of this? This amount?"
And note that it could change from day to day and that answer doesn't always mean always
every day.
