If you get an answer you don't like, think about changes and choices you can make to change that. Questions to ask: Would making (blank) change bring me closer to (blank) outcome or goal? Would this outcome ever be in my highest good? Would this person ever be in my highest good?

Percentages As of now is there more than a 50% chance of this outcome within the next month? Then narrow it down from there with the timing and /or percentages: Is there more than a 60% chance/more than a 40% chance? etc.

Have fun with asking Is this (clothing item) in my highest and best to wear today? Ask about time to wake up: Is it in my highest and best to set and alarm tomorrow? Is it in my highest and best to set my alarm for before 6am tomorrow? Then narrow it down.

I also usually say to my guide if I have enough rest please wake me up before my alarm fully rested.

Also is great for cooking: Is it in my highest and best to cook this chicken for more than 22 minutes? Then narrow down further. Set up shortcut Write to your guides: I always mean is it in my highest and best unless I ask otherwise.

Boundaries Just be clear with your guides: Please don't wake me up in the middle of the night. You can help me in the middle of the night but please let me wake up fully rested and on time. I allow you to do tuneups and upgrades while I'm sleeping. Signs Pick a sign, usually the first thing that comes to mind. Put in box: (blank) is my sign to send when I am on the right track.
